Le Verger – the Orchard Restaurant
Set in the culinary capital of the Cape, Le Franschhoek Hotel and Spa’s Le Verger, The Orchard Restaurant, is a true taste of culinary excellence. The design is inspired by the spectacular geography of the restaurant’s location, and offers diners unequalled views of all that is Franschhoek. Mountains, streams, vineyards and orchards enfold the restaurant, and its conservatory-styled design enables diners to enjoy unrestricted views.
Le Verger now boasts an new air-conditioned glass dining area with an open plan kitchen. The new dining area flows out onto the original individual glass conservatories amongst the fruit trees, offering an al fresco style restaurant with a delicious a la carte menu at very competitive prices. Also on offer is an award winning wine list comprising of some of South Africa top wines.
The Le Verger fine foods delicatessen has also been restocked with some exciting new "foodie" products

With picturesque vineyards a stone’s throw away, the sophisticated charm of Le Franschhoek Hotel & Spa is elegantly portrayed in their fine dining restaurant Dish Restaurant. Dish Restaurant offers diners an opportunity to indulge in a scrumptious a’ la Carte menu. With a seducing menu comprising delectable dishes, diners are overwhelmed by choice. Dishes include lobster and asparagus, seared beef medallions as well as crisp Asian duck breast, and to cleanse the palette a choice between lemon champagne sorbet or tomato sorbet with gin.
