Sage at Christina’s has recently relocated from Florida Road to its stunning new premises at The Westville Hotel.  Totally focused on attention to detail, this modern, sixty seater dining establishment prides itself on serving classical, simple and eclectic food that combines a variety of differing flavours. 

Run by the Christina Martin School of Food and Wine this cookery institution also trains and educates young up and coming Chefs in an operational environment, where they are able to observe, participate and contribute to the business as a whole. 
Ultra modern table settings that comprise white and chrome elements create an elegant restaurant setting and guests of Sage at Christina’s can still expect outstanding dishes at reasonable prices.

Sage at Christina’s provides its guests with various eating options throughout the day, but a popular choice is the   “build your own breakfast” concept in the morning.  The restaurant services both the hotel guests as well as the various residents in the area that are looking for a more sophisticated venue.  From a selection of superb main meals for lunch and dinner, to more relaxed pastries and gateaux in the afternoon, the emphasis is on good food and stylish service.
