Location

We are located in a prime position in the heart of Zululand, surrounded by World Heritage sites as well as some of the country’s most acclaimed nature reserves. Three Cities Jozini Tiger Lodge is accessible from Johannesburg, Durban and the KwaZulu Natal Midlands by road. There is also a road to the Kruger Park via Swaziland. Some of the exciting locations available include The iSimangaliso Wetland Park (a UNESCO declared word heritage site), The Maputaland Marine Reserve (located along the beautiful Maputaland South Coast) and many of the top game reserves in South Africa.

Game reserves in the area include:

• Mkhuze Game Reserve
• Ndumo Game Reserve
• Tembe Elephant Park
• Pongolo Game Reserve (which is on the eastern shore of the Jozini Dam)

Three Cities Jozini Tiger Lodge is 500km east of Johannesburg and 300km north of Durban, en route to Swaziland, Mpumalanga and Mozambique.

Driving Direction from Johannesburg (5 hours):

• N4 or N12 towards Witbank and Middleburg
• N11 to Hendrina and Ermelo
• N2 to Piet Retief – Pongola – Jozini
• Turn left at the Jozini turn-off
• Continue straight for a further 19km over the Lebombo mountains
• As one enters Jozini with the SAPS on the right, turn left onto the gravel road (directly opposite the SAPS entrance).
• Travel 100m down this road when you will reach the Three Cities Jozini Tiger Lodge entrance.

Driving Direction from Durban (3 hours)

• N2 North past Stanger – Empangeni – Mtubatuba – Hluhluwe – Mkuze
• Travel a further 10km on the N2 past Mkuze
• Turn right at the Jozini turn-off
• Continue straight for a further 19km over the Lebombo mountains
• As one enters Jozini with the SAPS on the right, turn left onto the gravel road (directly opposite the SAPS entrance).
• Travel 100m down this road when you will reach the Three Cities Jozini Tiger Lodge entrance.
