Run by Chef Darshan Chetty, formerly from 1on1 Events Centre, Group Executive chef Craig Carmichael believes the restaurant is going to cause a major stir in Durban. Fresh, minimalistic, bistro styled décor, with a matching menu, the restaurant is going to serve food in an unusual manner.
Mini portions of the fare available on the menu will be served on platters – and platters only. The choices are endless and all equally delicious! The platter theme will extend to room service as well; meaning guests can enjoy their platters in the comfort of their own rooms.
With so many restaurants available in Gateway, the restaurant had to come up with something completely original to maintain the interest of their guests; and the management team is confident this has been achieved.
