Lost, stolen or misplaced cards must be reported immediately. Exceptional Rewards cards are fully transferable, which means that anyone presenting your card at a participating hotel or at an Exceptional Rewards partner can either earn or redeem Exceptional Rands from your account.
Cards can be replaced or cancelled by phoning Boomerang Marketing on 021 6738100. Cards are replaced at a cost. The new card replaces the old card with no loss of Exceptional Rands or unredeemed e- vouchers. The replacement fee can be paid from your Exceptional Rands.
