Chefs Favourite Chicken Livers Peri Peri
Ingredients (1 portion)
- 100g Chicken Livers
- 1tbsp Oil
- 1tsp Garlic
- Pinch Paprika
- Tot Brandy
- Chopped Chilies
- 1tbsp Lemon Juice
- 50ml Fresh Cream
- 2 tbsp Chopped Peeled Tomato
- Fry livers in oil until firm
- Add garlic, paprika, brandy, tomato, chopped chillies, lemon juice and cream
- Stir and allow to simmer until stock has reduced; then add salt and pepper to taste
- Garnish with fresh coriander.
- Serve with fresh Portuguese rolls
