Chefs Favourite Chicken Livers Peri Peri

Ingredients (1 portion)

  • 100g Chicken Livers
  • 1tbsp Oil
  • 1tsp Garlic
  • Pinch Paprika
  • Tot Brandy
  • Chopped Chilies
  • 1tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 50ml Fresh Cream
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Peeled Tomato
  1. Fry livers in oil until firm
  2. Add garlic, paprika, brandy, tomato, chopped chillies, lemon juice and cream
  3. Stir and allow to simmer until stock has reduced;  then add salt and pepper to taste
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander.
  5. Serve with fresh Portuguese rolls
